  1. The Government of Dominica, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue and Green Economy
    has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Emergency Agricultural
    Livelihoods and Climate Resilience (EALCRP) Project and intends to apply part of the
    proceeds toward payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Segment 11 of the
    Waitukubuli National Trail (Syndicate to Borne).
  2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue and Green Economy now invites quotations from
    Contractors for the works rehabilitation of Segment 4 of the Waitukubuli National Trail. The
    works shall include; trail bed clearance, installation of safety measures, construction of one
    cable-suspended pedestrian bridges, construction of two gazebos, four trail benches and three
    picnic tables, and the supply and installation of trail signage and markers.

  3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for
    Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF
    Borrowers, September 2023"

  5. Quotations must be submitted in the form as per the bid document and delivered to the address
    below on or before 11:30 a.m. October 11, 2024. Late Offers will be rejected.
